TILES UNLIMITED RETURN, REFUND, CLAIMS & STORE POLICY

  • All goods presented for return must be approved based on eligibility as per the Tiles Unlimited Inc. return policy and shall be reimbursed either by store credit or refund for purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees, as set forth in detail below.
  • “Special Orders,” “Sale Items,” “Final Sale Items,” and the like are Non Refundable, Non Returnable & Non Cancelable. The deposit paid towards “Special Order” goods is non-refundable.
  • All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee or greater.
  • Any returnable goods must be presented within 30 days on receipt and be in their original packaging and in suitable condition for resale.
  • All claims for damage and shortages must be made within 5 days from the date the goods are received to be eligible for free replacements, a full refund, or store credit for the damaged quantity. All damage claims must be supported by pictures.
  • Any use, installation, or attempted installation of the goods constitutes unconditional acceptance of the goods, and they will not be accepted for return. Absolutely no claims will be accepted for any reason after the material has been installed. The customer must dry lay all products prior to installation.
  • Color and shade variation is inherent in ceramic tile, porcelain tile, glass tile and natural stone products and Tiles Unlimited is not responsible for shade variations in the color or dye of the goods. The buyer must inspect the quantity, color, shading, finish, and thickness of all goods prior to installation to ensure they meet their approval.
  • Tiles Unlimited shall not accept goods for return if the dye lot and/or calibration are no longer available.
  • Buyer is responsible for all measurements and takes full responsibility for any and all measurements given to Tiles Unlimited.
  • All approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash refunds exceeding $125.00 will be issued via a Tiles Unlimited Inc. company check and dispersed within 14 days after the refund has been approved.
  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, excluding special order items, any order for goods canceled by the Buyer more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the order date is subject to a non-negotiable cancellation fee equal to the lesser of (i) fifteen percent (15%) of the subtotal or (ii) $500.00.
