How do I clean my tiles?
For regular cleaning, use a pH-neutral cleaner and a soft cloth or mop. Always avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the tile surface.

Post-Construction Cleaning:
After installation, construction debris, grout haze, or dust may remain on the tile surface. Always attempt cleaning with a pH-neutral cleaner first. We have pH-neutral cleaners in stock if you need one. If that doesn't work, contact your tile consultant for the best cleaning options and advice to avoid damage and ensure the best results.

Do I Need to Seal My Tile?
Porcelain and ceramic tiles do not need to be sealed unless stated otherwise. Natural stone tiles always need to be sealed. If you want extra protection, you can apply a sealer. Contact your Tile Consultant first for the best recommendation based on your specific natural stone tile type and usage.

Do I Need to Seal My Grout?
Most of the grouts we sell today are stain-resistant. If you want extra protection, you can apply a sealer. Contact your Tile Consultant first for the best recommendation based on your specific grout type and usage.

Additional Tips:
Discuss Tile Layout & Placement: Before installation, review the layout with your contractor to ensure the correct direction and placement. Make sure everyone is on the same page to avoid disappointment and mistakes. This is especially important for installations consisting of high-variation tiles, intricate patterns, multiple tile items, and design elements like accent walls. A dry layout is always recommended for best results.
