Respect for Intellectual Property Rights
Tiles Unlimited respects the intellectual property rights of others. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws, we have established this DMCA Policy to address claims of copyright infringement on our website. It is our policy to expeditiously investigate and respond to properly submitted notices of alleged infringement, and we reserve the right to disable or remove content that infringes on the copyrights of others.
Notice for Claims of Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your location, or if outside the United States, any judicial district where Tiles Unlimited may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringers
Tiles Unlimited reserves the right to terminate access to our website for users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights. A repeat infringer is any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing content removed more than twice.
Important Notice
Under federal law, if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity on our website is infringing, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may lead to legal consequences.
